The idea for Nelson Elder Care Law emerged while Cindy was working at an Elder Law clinic during her law school years, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when dealing with legal issues related to aging.
Josh Nelson, our CEO, shares this vision of empowerment through knowledge. With a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Accounting Degree in Taxation, Josh is adept at navigating the intricate landscape of tax law and asset protection. His dedication to community engagement has fostered strong alliances in the senior industry, ensuring holistic solutions for our clients. In 2024, he was honored to be selected as the Vice Chair of the Elder Law section of the State Bar of Georgia.
